    Processing Time

    All orders for products listed as "Available in stock" are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
    During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
    Orders for "out of stock" current products are accepted, but they are displayed on our website with a warning indicating delayed delivery.

    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

    Local Pickup – Chicago Area

    We’re pleased to offer free local pickup from our Chicago-area showroom.
    If you'd like to pick up your order in person, simply select Local Pickup at checkout.
    You will receive an email when your order is ready.

    For most products, a gift wrap with a greeting card option is offered for a fee. We use beautiful Florentine thick paper decorated with a ribbon and golden branded label.
